What people come to me for
Four formats of work. Each one has a clear rate and a quote agreed in advance.
Simultaneous interpreting
Conferences, forums, press briefings, online broadcasts. I work in a booth or remotely, with a partner interpreter when needed.
Consecutive interpreting
Negotiations, equipment installation and commissioning, training, filming, guided tours and delegation escort.
Written translation
Contracts, presentations, technical documentation, websites, subtitles and scripts. Terminology is agreed beforehand.
Documents and notary
Passports, certificates, diplomas, statements, powers of attorney. I help with notarisation and apostille.
Estimate the cost in a minute
Pick the service and the volume to get a guideline figure. The exact price is confirmed once I have seen the materials.
This is an estimate. The exact price is confirmed once I have seen the documents or the event programme.

Interpreting the discussion and the conversations with journalists at the contemporary art festival.
Escorting a guest
A Spanish-speaking guest of the festival with an interpreter all day: the exhibition, filming and meetings.
The short answers
What is the difference between simultaneous and consecutive interpreting?
Simultaneous interpreting runs at the same time as the speaker — it is used at conferences and forums and needs equipment or an online platform. Consecutive interpreting happens in the pauses between phrases: it suits negotiations, training, installation work and tours, and it costs less.
How far in advance should I book an interpreter?
Large events are best booked 2–3 weeks ahead, negotiations 3–5 days ahead. If your date is tomorrow, write anyway — there is often a solution, including colleagues from my team.
How is a page of written translation counted?
One translation page is 1,800 characters with spaces in the translated text. I count the volume before starting and quote a final figure that does not change afterwards.
Do you travel outside Moscow?
Yes. I work across Russia and travel abroad. Travel and accommodation are paid separately and agreed in advance.
Do you provide notarised translation and apostille?
Yes. I translate documents and submit them to a notary to certify the translator’s signature, and I help with apostille and consular legalisation.
Is confidentiality guaranteed?
Always. Materials are never passed to third parties, and I sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving documents on request.
